Special offer, voucher codes are only valid against product group offered and will not be honoured if you try to redeem against anything other than the product group offered. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

5. Acceptance of Contract

5.1 The legally binding contract is complete when Scottsdale Golf ships an order, not upon acceptance of the order.  Processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract.
5.2 Should any goods be shipped in error to any customer, Scottsdale Golf reserve the right to reclaim any said goods (or value of said goods) or funds shipped to any customer.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result in legal proceedings.

6. Returns

6.1 We will replace at no extra cost any goods damaged before or on delivery.
6.2 We will replace at no extra cost any goods which have been lost in transit.
6.3 Please note that custom fit golf equipment cannot be cancelled once ordered and can only be returned for replacement/repair/refund where it is faulty or misdescribed.
6.4 We will action a refund on receipt of goods only.

7. Cancellation of Custom Fit Orders

7.1 Orders for Custom Fit golf clubs can be cancelled only up to 24 hours from the time of purchase.

8. Loyalty Point, Store Credit and Gift Voucher

8.1 Loyalty Points, Store Credit and Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue.
We've Missed You and TrustPilot Reviews promo codes and credits expire after 30 days.  Promo codes and credits linked to these promotions will not work after 30 days of issue.
8.2 Should any Store Credit or Loyalty Points be added in error to any account, Scottsdale Golf reserve the right to reclaim any goods (or value of said goods) or funds shipped to any customer using this credit.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result in legal proceedings.

9. Insurance Claims

9.1 Please note that certain offers and discounts are excluded from insurance claims and only valid for online orders. If you have an insurance claim come through to us you can take advantage of our competitive internet prices, however, Loyalty points, Special offers, Multibuy and bundle deals are excluded. E&OE

10. Revision of Terms and Conditions

10.1 Scottsdale Golf may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions without notice by posting changes on-line. Users are responsible for reviewing all information posted on-line and the continued use of Scottsdale Golf websites after changes are posted constitutes the user's acceptance of modified Terms and Conditions.

11.1 All Acushnet (Titleist, Footjoy, and Pinnacle) trademarks and logos are the intellectual property of Acushnet.

Q: What if I want to return my item?
A: You have 30 days to return your purchase if you change your mind. All items need to be returned to us in a fully resalable condition including any free gifts you may have received. We will process your refund once we have received and checked your item(s). Refunds to your Love2shop flexecash Card will take up to 2 working days to process. Bank cards may take between 2-5 working days to be refunded.
