What happens when I place my order - when will I receive it?

Once your order is placed, we will get to work immediately to get it to you as quickly as possible.  Every order placed online receives a shipping date.  Just about everything on the site is available for same day shipping and for next day delivery.  Obviously, if an item is being made for you - like custom fit golf clubs or personalised balls for example - they will have a longer lead time.

All orders placed before our next day cut-off time off 6pm Monday to Friday (subject to change during busy periods) will be shipped same day.
Customers do have the choice to pick a delivery date so when this is used, the order will ship according to that choice.

Once shipped, you will receive a notification email from us and subsequently, an update from the relevany courier company. This way you can monitor your order and the delivery, right from our warehouse to you!
