I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Please note that should you receive an incorrect item, let us know at [email protected] as soon as you can.  We will remedy this for you immediately.

Sadly if an incorrect item is used by you, we are unable to take this item back so please get in touch and allow us to sort the mistake out for you before using an item.
