The Callaway Apex Pro 2021 Hybrid is part of the excellent new Apex range for the upcoming season. Featuring a compact shape this hybrid has been designed to have a more iron like appearance at address. It will generally appeal to the better player that likes thier hybrid to offer more control and workability and represents a superb choice for use both as a high-performance option off the tee, or as a versatile club for longer approach shots.
Callaway have managed to pack a huge amount of technology into this compact head and this hybrid benefits from their new A.I. designed Jailbreak Velocity Blades. This revolutionary technology has been engineered to increase the vertical stiffness near the sole of the club which in turn creates more ball speed on shots that are hit low on the face. Low face strikes are the most common mis-hit with hybrid clubs and also by better players and so this increase in low face performance will be welcomed by all. They also increase the Torsional Stiffness of the hybrid which makes this an incredibly forgiving hybrid and it will produce decent results even when struck some distance from the centre.
Callaway have been at the very top of their game over recent years, with each new range proving to be a significant improvement over the old one, and the new Apex line of clubs looks set to continue this trend.
