I have been asked to go to Klarna’s site. Is this right?

If you have chosen to Buy Now, Pay Later then Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card within 30 days. If you do not pay Klarna within the grace period, late fees may apply.

How will I know if my payment goes through?

If you make a card payment during the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Scottsdale Golf confirming your payment has been accepted. If you choose to Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna then you will receive a confirmation email from Klarna with instructions on how to pay.

Why have I not been offered Buy Now, Pay Later?

The offer to use Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later service is automatically generated based on algorithms driven by the information you provide in the checkout on Scottsdale Golf, including basket value, order history, item availability and more. This is not a credit check

It is also only available to those over 18 years of age. If you are not offered the Buy Now, Pay Later option you can still use the traditional card payment method.

Does a credit search take place against me?

All you have to do to is select Pay by Finance at Checkout and fill in the simple, speedy online application. A decision is given instantly and your order will be shipped just as quickly as normal.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, but you can if you wish.

Am I eligible to pay with Finance?

To apply for Finance with Scottsdale Golf and V12, you'll need to be:
- 18 years or older.
- UK resident for 3 years or more/Permanent UK resident.
- Able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit.
- In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment*.
- Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.

What information is required?

During the finance application process, you will be asked for personal information. This includes name, address history for the past 3 years, date of birth, email address, telephone number and employment/income information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check. Finance orders can only be shipped to the address given in your finance application.

How long does it take for the Finance Company to make a decision?

Most applications are given an acceptance or decline decision immediately. In some cases, V12 Finance may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with instructions once V12 has made their decision. Please note that if your application is referred outside of working hours then the final decision may not come through until the following working day.

When does my first payment come out?

1 month from the date of placing the order.

What happens if I get declined?

Sadly applications can be declined. You are still able to pay for the order using a Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. Below is some of the reasons that V12 Finance have told us applications can be declined
- Not meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Adverse credit reference agency information
- Credit score rating is too low.
- Considered to be overcommitted financially.
- Existing account performance with other lenders.

Can I cancel my Finance Agreement?

Orders placed using V12 Finance are able to be cancelled. You can cancel within 14 days of placing the order. However, please be aware that custom-fit golf clubs or any other products that are subject to any personalisation cannot be returned as per the terms and conditions on our website.

What if I send something back?

We can either amend your monthly finance payments to reflect the new order value or put a credit on our online account to the value of the returned goods.
